1、江西省机电设备招标公司（以下简称“招标机构”）受业主委托，邀请合格投标人就江西省赣州市人民医院所需的下列货物和有关服务提交密封投标：

2、有意向的合格投标人可从江西省机电设备招标公司招标四处得到进一步的信息和查阅招标文件；
3、有意向的的投标人可从2005年6月29日起8:30~11:30，14:30~17:00（北京时间，节假日除外）在江西省机电设备招标公司招标四处购买招标文件，本招标文件每套售价为1100元人民币或140美元（邮购须另加：国内60元人民币，国外50美元）。招标文件售后不退；
4、购买招标文件时，投标人必须提交现金1000元的购买招标文件保证金，保证金在开标后如数退还。购买了招标文件因故不能参加投标的投标人，须在开标前5个工作日前以书面形式通知招标机构，否则，招标机构将不退还其保证金；
5、所有投标文件应于2005年7月19日14:30时（北京时间）之前递交到江西省机电设备招标公司；
6、定于2005年7月19日14:30时（北京时间），在江西省机电设备招标公司12楼开标大厅（如有变更，另行通知）公开开标。届时请参加投标的代表出席开标仪式。

    Jiangxi Machinery & Electric Equipment Tendering CORP.entrusted 
by the purchaser, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers home 
and abroad for the supply of the following goods by way of 
International Competitive Bidding.
1.Name of Products, Quantity, and Main Technical Data：
1.5T Superconduct Magnetic Resonance Imaging System (MRI) for whole body use
2.Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and read the bidding documents at 4th department of Jiangxi M&E Equipment Tendering Corp.
3.All those who are willing to participate in the bids are kindly 
requested to contact the Third Tendering Division of Jiangxi M&E Equipment Tendering Corp. to obtain bidding documents between 
8:30~11:30 and 14:30~17:00 (Beijing time) at the following address from the date June 29, 2005 (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays
 unavailable), upon non-refundable payment of RMB1100 or USD140 for 
each complete set of bidding documents for each IFB. For mail 
order, an extra RMB60 yuan (domestic) or USD50 (abroad) for express mail service.
4.On the time purchase the bidding documents, the bidders must be 
delivery RMB1000yuan for bid security. the bid security will be 
discharged upon the Bidder on the opening of bids. You tell me before
 5-days at the opening of bids. In case of , the bid security may be forfeited.
5.Bids must be delivered to Jiangxi M&E Equipment Tendering Corp. 
before 14:30 on the date July 19, 2005  (Beijing time).
6.Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives 
who choose to attend at 14:30 on the date July 19, 2005 (Beijing
